Inside Sales Role - EduTech Firm/eLearning (0-3 yrs)

Our client is a very large multinational org and is a leader in EdTech/e-Learning space providing higher education in areas such as Big data, Data Science, AI ML, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, Digital Marketing, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Targets oriented Inside Sales Specialist executing cold calling tasks to sell online courses and hit sales targets
- Extremely data-driven with excel skills as well
- 2-4 years of experience
- Inside Sales candidates from Premium BPO/BFSI (Banking & Insurance) /KPO/Captives
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by working closely with the assisted sales team across different channels - Inbound, Outbound, and Chat
Requirements :
- 2+ years of inside sales /Outbound Sales/ Telecalling experience in a fast-growing company
- Successful previous experience as a team leader or a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Able to work in an extremely fast-paced, team environment; have an entrepreneurial mindset
