Job Brief :

Suraasa is looking for a Sales Executive to be an integral part of our sales team who can develop and implement sales processes and methodologies that are proven to expand customer base and deliver revenue growth to meet company objectives. The candidate must have experience in discovering and closing new business opportunities with diligence and confidence.

Responsibilities :

- Understand and penetrate target markets through outbound efforts that support company growth targets

- Effectively manage the entire sales cycle using efficient methodologies and best practices.

- Increase Suraasa visibility in the industry by attending network events, using social media, referrals etc.

- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with potential prospects both externally and internally to drive expansion

Requirements :


- Bachelor's/Master's degree in any business discipline.

- At least 1-2 years of experience working in the Education space. International BPOs counseling or sales (travel, BFSI, edtech, fintech), education industry preferred.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team while always maintaining professional client-oriented attitude

- Understand the landscape of Education Industry and currents needs of teachers and school leaders

- Comprehensive experience in using CRM systems

- Candidates such as Debaters/ Stage Speakers, Candidates from a Psychology background, Airline Cabin- Crew are also welcome to join.
