Inside Sales Role - EduTech (0-4 yrs)
Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience Level:
- Freshers (MBA - Marketing) with all examinations completed
Experienced candidates with minimum 10 months to 2 years in Sales
Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales-related activities, including cold calling (minimum 120+ calls per day)
- Maintain a talk time of at least 1-2 hours daily
- Work in a target-driven sales role, ensuring goal achievement
- Should have sold UG and PG Courses or Certification courses
- Adapt and perform under high-pressure sales environments
Required Skills:
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi (mandatory)
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and convert leads effectively
- Proficiency in handling sales calls and customer interactions
Educational Qualifications:
- For Freshers: MBA (with one specialization in Marketing is mandatory)
- For Experienced Candidates: Bachelor's degree with relevant sales experience
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience in sales domain with exposure to cold calling processes
- Candidates from both ETech and Non-EdTech industries preferred
