Job Role :
- The candidate should be able to call leads and close sales for various E-learning and Upskilling products.
Job Description:
- Handling leads and calling them for closure (B2C)
- Meeting monthly and yearly targets/Sales Conversion
- Guiding client to select the relevant academic program
- Counseling clients
- Keeping track of daily inquiries.
- Regular MIS update.
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English)
- Guiding for the right course, negotiation, objection handling skills
- Organizing and planning competencies
- Time management skills
- Technical skills in Excel
