Inside Sales Role - Education (1-5 yrs)
You will be expected to :
- Communicate with prospective consumers clients via email, text/chat and voice/video calling with the intent of selling online tutoring courses
- Strictly adhere with the protocols and sales process at all times to ensure compliance with the laws and regulations
- Be well versed with our offerings and be able to recommend the appropriate course based on the clients requirements (consultative selling)
- Track and report your daily activities in the CRM and other digital tools to help measure daily progress
- Assist the team with improving the sales pitch and process by diligently collating feedback
You have experience in :
- Selling digital products in the US market (bonus if you have worked in education)
- Selling directly to customers (b2c)
- Delivering sales pitches confidently and flawlessly
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets, in short, you know what it takes to be an A player
You have the ability to :
- Ask the right questions, listen intently and communicate well
- Hold and engage people in a conversation over voice, video calls
- You have a neutral accent (no MTI), North American accent will get you ahead in line
- Understand North American accent, and psyche of parents in US/Canada.
- Write short and crisp emails, without grammatical mistakes
- Use CRM comfortably without getting overwhelmed
- Work night shifts (9 hours in between 7 pm - 9 am)
