Inside Sales Role - Education (1-3 yrs)

Job Title : Inside Sales

Experience : 1 year-3 years

Location : Sector-63, Noida

Salary : 25,000-45,000

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Education, Computer Science) is preferred.

2. Strong knowledge of data science concepts, tools, and technologies, with the ability to discuss and understand customer requirements.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and engage with customers effectively.

4. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

5. Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and sales activities.

6. Self-motivated and result-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

7. Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

8. Knowledge of the education landscape and familiarity with data science education trends is a plus.

9. Willingness to travel occasionally for conferences and events.

Responsibilities :

1. Identify and prospect potential customers within the data science education sector, including educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients.

2. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other forms of communication to establish relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.

3. Understand customer needs, pain points, and challenges related to data science education and provide appropriate solutions.

4. Effectively articulate the value proposition of our data science education products and services to prospective customers.

5. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.

7. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately tracking and managing all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

8. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the data science and education sectors.

10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, product development, and operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

11. Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

12. Attend industry conferences, events, and trade shows to network with potential customers and promote our brand.
