Inside Sales Role - Education (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to drive monthly & quarterly sales' targets
- Assisting in capturing, managing, engaging and nurturing leads into customers
- Assisting in rolling out weekly newsletters, email and drip campaigns
- Planning & executing sales' strategy to maximize revenues
- Handling all incoming customer queries on our Data Science courses
- Acting as a consultant and guide prospects in their purchase decisions for data science course
Competencies :
- Excellent communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English Passion for Sales.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- You need to be able to step into the customer's mind and address their concerns.
- Minimum 1+ years- experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
