Inside Sales Role - Education (0-7 yrs)
We are hiring Inside Sales Counselors for one of our clients - a US-based Edutech company who is offering its online learners in 60 countries including America, Canada, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. It has a track record of training thousands of professionals successfully via classroom and online training. Responsibilities :
- Responsible to manage to convert inbound leads for versatile programs.
- Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on board.
- Have at least 6 months of experience in education selling.
Requirements :
Industry-required - Sales (Educational), Telemarketing.
- Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and customers.
- Understand the sales process and dynamics with the ability to learn quickly and effectively communicate what their organization is offering to its prospective students and close applications.
- People-oriented approach.
