Inside Sales Role - Education (0-5 yrs)
We are hiring Inside Sales Counselors for one of our clients - a US-based Edutech company who is offering its online learners in 60 countries including America, Canada, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region. It has a track record of training thousands of professionals successfully via classroom and online training. Since its beginning, the organization is dedicated to developing state-of-the-art learning methodologies by engaging learners and experienced faculty and facilitating the individuals and Corporate with high-quality training materials, which in turn has helped professionals to accomplish their career objectives and become a professional.
Responsibilities :
1. Responsible to manage to convert inbound leads for versatile programs.
2. Providing in-depth information to prospective learners, includes counseling through phone, email, chat, and social media.
3. Maintain effective communication till the time learner is on board.
4. Have at least 6 months of experience in education selling.
Requirements :
1. Good interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both clients and customers.
2. Understand the sales process and dynamics with the ability to learn quickly and effectively communicate what their organization is offering to its prospective students and close applications.
3. People-oriented approach.
