Inside Sales Role - Education (0-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Selected employee will work in Safejob's B2B Sales team and play a crucial part in the journey:
Identify and solve problems, by enabling the team to understand the corporates's perspective and create relevant strategies/ solutions
2) Lead Management, Sales calls, Corporate relationship management, etc. with the view of generating revenue for the organisation
3) Plan and Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets for revenue and other relevant metrics
Design and oversee all aspects of our Sales department including our Sales database, CRM system, WhatsApp Messaging and Email
4) Following through on the complete lifecycle of the corporate starting from lead generation, on-boarding, closure of deals and repeat sales, using relevant strategies
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a target driven individual who has the passion to change the education sector. Here are some pointers on who would be the right fit for our role -
1) Great communication, convincing and sales skills
2) Should be comfortable in handling conflicts and conversing with corporate clients
3) Excellent writing and editing skills, along with a strong sense of structuring and presenting
4) High Fluency in English and/or Hindi language
5) Should be target driven, capable of working on strategy along with head of sales
6) Should be able to do sales over calls (in case visits are not possible) and make healthy relations with corporates
7) Basic excel skills for data management
