Inside Sales
- Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by company
- Acknowledge incoming telephone calls, emails, letters and messages
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Creating a Sales pipeline while working on the leads provided as well as through own initiative (Cold calling; follow-ups, Emails, Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources)
- Rigorous follow-up with clients. Keeping track on clients and sending reminders.
- Closing sales. Conversion of leads received through various channels
- Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers
- Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
- New Customer Acquisition. New account development. Key Account Management.
- Presenting company offerings with potential clients
- Improvement based on the customer interaction/feedback
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities and ensuring the highest customer satisfaction
- Creating and maintaining list/database in CRM, Excel, etc.
- Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals
- Consistently achieve targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning and forecasting
- Maintaining call reports, enrolment / conversion report and sharing daily activity report with reporting personal
