Inside Sales Role - Edtech (1-2 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Student Engagement:- Engage with prospective students through various channels including phone calls, emails, and online chats to understand their educational goals and preferences.
2. Counseling:- Provide personalized counseling sessions to prospective students, guiding them on the suitable educational programs based on their interests, background, and career aspirations.
3. Information Dissemination:- Effectively communicate information about the courses, curriculum, admission requirements, fees, and other relevant details to prospective students.
4. Follow-up:- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective students to address any concerns, provide additional information, and guide them through the enrollment process.
5. Sales Conversion:- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into enrolled students, meeting or exceeding monthly enrollment targets.
6. Relationship Building:- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students to foster trust and confidence in the institution and its programs.
7. Data Management:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollment status using CRM software.
8. Collaboration:- Collaborate closely with the admissions team, marketing team, and other departments to streamline the enrollment process and improve overall student experience.
Qualifications and Skills :
1. Bachelor's degree.
2. Proven experience in inside sales, educational counseling, or a related field.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sales acumen with the ability to persuade and influence prospective students.
5. Empathetic and patient approach towards understanding students' needs and concerns.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology tools.
8. A passion for education and helping individuals achieve their academic and career goals.
Preferred Qualifications :
1. Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field.
2. Prior experience in the education industry, particularly in higher education or vocational training.
3. Familiarity with educational regulations, accreditation standards, and industry trends.
4. Certification in counseling or sales training programs.
