Inside Sales Role - eCommerce (1-3 yrs)
We are hiring for the position of Inside Sales Executive / Online Sales Executive for a Top Reputed Corporate MNC.
JOB PURPOSE:
- To assist the online customer in completing the online buying process and to provide information about the online plans to the customers.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Minimum one year exp in inside sales or any type of Sales and Targets.
- Experience in Sales in the E Commerce industry is an added advantage.
- Experience and ability to explain the customer on the product and its features and benefits and discuss the advantage of the online products.
- A typical day will require a maximum of 80 to 100 calls depending on your targets
- Talk to the new customer, Follow-up on past customer and tracking the conversion.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Education Qualifications
- Graduate in any stream
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate in other local languages like Hindi, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, and Tamil Etc is an added advantage.
- Passionate about a career in online Sales.
- An Influencer with consummate negotiation skills.
Work Experience
- Minimum 6 Months of experience in BFSI sector in Tele Calling
Employment: On Roll Permanent Employment
Job Location: Pune
Compensation: 2.30 LPA- 2.36 LPA depending upon the tenure of experience + Attractive Incentives & Rewards.
