Inside Sales Role - Cybersecurity (3-6 yrs)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team specializing in Cybersecurity products and Cloud solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach, relationship building, and solution selling to businesses seeking advanced security and cloud , infrastructure.
Responsibilities :
- Proactively engage with potential customers via phone, email, and other channels to understand their needs and position our Cybersecurity and Cloud solutions effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations remotely to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through lead generation and qualification.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with customers, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Inside Sales or similar role, preferably in the Cybersecurity or Cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of Cybersecurity products and Cloud technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and relationships over the phone and through virtual meetings.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
