Inside Sales Role - Cyber Security Products (2-4 yrs)
- Generate sales opportunities by prospecting for new leads, qualifying leads, and researching target accounts.
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone calls, emails, and video conferencing to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Deliver compelling presentations highlighting product or service features and benefits tailored to address customer pain points.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals and achieve sales quotas.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) software to track interactions and progress.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
