- We are in search of an Inside Sales Coordinator to bolster our team at Nehru Place, specializing in the cosmetic industry.


- The ideal candidate will drive sales through strategic outbound calling, while nurturing leads and delivering impeccable customer service.

Responsibilities :

1. Execute targeted cold calling initiatives to generate leads and qualify prospects for our range of cosmetic products.

2. Take charge of outbound calls to both existing and prospective customers, promoting new product launches, exclusive offers, and sales promotions.

3. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients through consistent follow-up calls and email correspondence.

4. Provide comprehensive product details, pricing information, and delivery schedules to customers, ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment of their requirements.

5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to devise effective sales strategies and attain set sales objectives.

6. Keep a vigilant eye on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to spot new sales prospects and refine sales tactics accordingly.

7. Participate enthusiastically in sales training programs and workshops to augment product knowledge and hone sales skills, with a specific emphasis on inside sales, cold calling, retail sales, appointment of retailers, and lead generation.
