Inside Sales Role - Cloud Solutions (1-3 yrs)
Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in Cloud Sales (Azure or AWS), you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with potential clients interested in adopting cloud solutions. You will play a pivotal role in understanding clients' cloud requirements, providing tailored solutions, and building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and target industries interested in cloud solutions, specifically Azure or AWS, within the Jaipur region.
2. Generate and qualify leads by proactively reaching out to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
3. Understand clients' cloud needs and pain points, providing effective solutions and demonstrating the value of Azure or AWS services.
4. Collaborate closely with the technical and solutions teams to design and propose appropriate cloud solutions that align with clients' business goals.
5. Develop and nurture strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle and ensuring a seamless transition to the implementation phase.
6. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrating the benefits and advantages of Azure or AWS over competing cloud platforms.
7. Negotiate contract terms and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements for both the client and the company.
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities using the company's CRM system.
9. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and refine sales strategies, messaging, and collateral to drive cloud sales.
10. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company's overall revenue growth.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven inside sales experience in cloud sales, preferably with a focus on Azure or AWS.
- Strong understanding of cloud technologies, specifically Azure or AWS, and their respective offerings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding cloud sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
