What You'll Do:

- Lead Generation: Own the sales funnel! Proactively identify and engage high-potential clients through cold calls, emails, and strategic follow-ups.

- Client Engagement: build strong, lasting relationships with potential customers by understanding their needs and presenting tailor-made solutions.

- Crush Sales Targets: Consistently exceed sales quotas and drive revenue growth like a pro!

- Master the Product: Gain in-depth knowledge of our game-changing IoT-enabled cooling solutions to confidently pitch and handle objections.

- Stay Organized & Data-Driven: Maintain a well-structured sales pipeline and track every interaction in our CRM system.

- Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with marketing and product teams to provide valuable insights on market trends and customer needs.

What You Bring:

- 2+ years of inside sales experience, with a strong background in cold calling & lead generation.

- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills-you know how to win clients over!

- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

- A self-starter attitude-you thrive in fast-paced environments and don't need micromanagement.

- Bonus Points If You Have:

- Experience in the climate-tech, HVAC, or IoT industries.

- Knowledge of subscription-based business models.
