About the Role :
As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering relevant products or services. You'll work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, or chat to generate interest.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and close deals.
- Track customer feedback and provide updates to the team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Qualifications :
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Minimum undergraduate degree.
- Age: 22 to 35 years.
- Local candidates preferred.
Compensation :
- Salary (CTC): - 3.20 LPA to - 3.80 LPA
