Job Description :
In your position you will :
- Assess client requirements and pitch the product to pre-generated leads as well as generate new leads.
- Build the entire inside sales process in the company.
- Build and manage strong relationships with customers to ensure timely renewals and minimum drop-outs.
- Focus on creating customer satisfaction thereby creating online awareness of the paid membership plans.
- Conceptualize & implement effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Engage & retain clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow-ups & value delivery.
- Focus on revenue generation and contribute to overall business objectives and profitability.
It's essential that you :
- Have studied from a reputed university or equivalent experience, preferably with hands-on B2B sales experience
- Have experience in account management & up-selling - preferably with a financial product
- Have 1-2 years of experience in B2B/enterprise sales
- Have the ability to articulate the solutions to key decision makers
- Have good communication skills
- Are preferably from a BFSI industry background.
- Loves working in a growth-stage startup.
