Job Profile: Loan Officer(Telecaller)
Salary Package: 180000-230000 CTC plus Huge Incentives
Job Timing:9.30 am-6.30 pm
Direct Payroll of HDFC Sales
6 Days working-Sunday Fixed off-No Cabs
Eligibility :
- Graduate/ Post Graduate fresher candidates are welcome
- Telecalling experience in any sales profile is preferred
- 0- 2 Years/ Prior Mortgage experience would be an added advantage
Job Role:
- The candidate will have to do outbound calling on the given data
- Candidates will be responsible to generate leads for home loan field sales team
- Candidate must be ready to make 100 calls every day
- Candidate must be energetic, enthusiastic,must have a pleasant voice and comfortable with the outbound sales process
Salary and perks :
Max package is 2.3 LPA including PF-ESIC
Huge incentives: HDFC Sales does not have any cap on incentives. Candidates are provided with opportunities to earn unlimited incentives.

Selection Process :
- HR interview
- Online test
- Sometimes Group discussion (not Mandatory)
- Candidate must be ready for immediate joining
- If experienced then the candidate must have all documents from last company including offer letter, relieving letter, salary slips
- Candidates have to maintain grooming standards and dress formally during the interview.
- The candidate must carry the photocopies of the following documents while going for the interview.
