Inside Sales Role - B2B Vertical - FinTech (0-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Reaching out CXOs , accounts manager and founders of SMEs, startups and Mid -corporates
- Generating new leads through outbound cold calling and inbound call management
- Reaching prospective customers via social media channels (including LinkedIn and WhatsApp tools)
- Qualify leads , develop sales opportunities and forward to execution team
- Build relationships with prospective customers
- Track and report on sales performance
- Assistance in client onboarding on platform
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Excellent phone and email tiquette
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Command over written and verbal skills for both English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of MS Word and MS Excel.
- Candidates should be comfortable in interacting with CXO level professionals
- Preference shall be given to female candidates
Experience requirement : Up to 4 years of experience .
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can be considered.
Education Requirement : BCom /BBA/MBA/ B.Tech/M.Com/CS/ICWA/CA inter
