Inside Sales Role - Assessment & Learning Solutions (2-5 yrs)
Summary :
- Sell and Prospect Talsuccess portfolio of courses and learning solutions, over the phone, with responsibility for a designated territory
Responsibilities :
- Call Buying personas like CLO /Head Sales for fixing meetings for Account Managers
- Develop relationships with key personnel in client accounts to the point of becoming a trusted advisor for training needs.
- Call prospects in response to a direct mailing or broadcast fax from Talsuccess marketing.
- Follow-up on phone inquiries and information requests sent to the customer service department.
- Should be able to achieve the number of participants for a particular session through telesales.
- Also call up and promote Talsuccess Webinars and get target accounts and buying personas in that event
Requirements :
- 4+ years of Inside Sales experience
- Graduate degree
- Diploma in Sales Preferably
- Excellent business communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office
- Ability and desire to meet monthly quotas
- Upbeat, high energy individual
- Professional phone demeanor
- Keen attention to detail with good follow-up skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly Process Oriented.
- Excellent Persona.
- Ability to work in team.
- Excellent Telesales skills .
