Inside Sales Role - Architecture/Construction/Real Estate (2-4 yrs)
Inside Sales
Primary roles and responsibility of Inside sales :
1. Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods.
2. Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments for the Sales Force.
3. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan, developed by the Manager of Inside Sales.
4. Consistently follow up, log and record each-and-every outreach made.
5. Provide product and Pricing information as appropriate.
Required experience / Qualification :
1. Ability to comprehend Koochie's product line and to communicate our value proposition to prospects.
2. Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting.
3. Strong Internet research skills required.
4. Bachelors degree or any equivalent degree.
5. At least 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Preferably in the Landscapes, Hardscapes and/or Real estate industry.
