Inside Sales Role - Abondoned Cart - Home Decor (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Interests should align with Home Decor and should have basic understanding of Home decor products.
- Reach out to customers who have abandoned their online shopping carts via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to understand their reasons for abandonment and address their concerns.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to effectively present their benefits and value proposition to potential customers.
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to engage with customers, understand their
needs, and recommend suitable products or solutions to increase the likelihood of completing the purchase.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by effectively converting abandoned carts into completed purchases.
- Consistently follow up with customers at various stages of the sales process, providing necessary information, answering queries, and addressing any obstacles to facilitate the sales conversion.
- Accurately and diligently update and maintain customer information, sales activities, and progress in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' offerings to position our products effectively and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Work collaboratively with other sales team members, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive overall company success.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, abandoned cart recovery rates, and customer feedback to management.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably with a focus on abandoned cart recovery or e-commerce sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using email, phone, and chat platforms for sales communication.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Adaptability and resilience in handling objections and rejections.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online shopping behavior is a plus.
