Inside Sales Role (3-7 yrs)
INSIDE SALES
- Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Responsible for customer follow-up
- Developing leads and referrals
- Create personal marketing plan
- Achieve monthly sales quotas
- Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
- Update all the details accurately in the CRM software
- Develop and sustain long term customer relationships and establish these relationships while. engaging at all levels including senior levels of the customer's organization.
- Identify various networking events that the company may benefit from attending
- Present a professional image at all times to Prospects / Customers
Qualification And Experience:
i. 3+ years of experience in Lead Generation and Inside Sales
ii. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
iii. Possess excellent customer service skills
iv. Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
v. Self-driven, motivated and results oriented
vi. Proficiency in MS office and related applications
