Inside Sales Role (3-6 yrs)
Efficiently is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meeting sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Job Responsibility:
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
- Identify customer needs and requirements and articulate solution benefits
- Work in B2B customer segments
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure
- Work with sales team to build pipeline and close deals
- Build new and maintain strong current customer relationships
- Develop a deep understanding of products and services and sectors clients operate in
- Track all activity in CRM
Qualification & Skills Required:
3+ years' of sales experience
Outbound Sales - US Region experience required
- Having staffing or Tech Sales Exp would be an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Work Location : Permanent Work from Home
Office Hours - 6PM to 3AM (Monday to Friday)
