Inside Sales Role (3-4 yrs)
- Leverage sales enablement tools and CRM to prospect into specific geographic territories and Industry Verticals.
- Responsible for nurturing the leads and connecting with potential customers/clients to pitch company products & services, and provide a holistic view of the services of the company.
- Strong ability to understand the Indian customer needs via curiosity, asking open-ended questions and active listening
- Sales driven & customer-oriented focus
- Team player with collaboration skills, and experience working with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- The role will require telephonic and email selling skills, coupled with the ability to use LinkedIn and other social channels for finding and connecting with prospects; Strong spoken and written communication skills are essential
Desired Profile
- Education : Graduate with 2.5 - 4 years of experience
- A growth mindset, demonstrated quota achievement and/or track record of success in prior roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have fluent Business English language skills, additional language a plus
- Effective prioritizing and multitasking and a team player.
- Proficient in the use of social media, and lead-generation tools.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment with minimal direction
