Inside Sales Role (2-5 yrs)
We are looking to hire a Inside Sales and Lead generation specialist to join our ever-growing team. An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate teams for further development and closure
- Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with- Showcase the company's strengths and highlight our brand by talking exclusively about the characteristics that make our organization and products unique.
- Understand and demonstrate the product and service to the customers.
- Meet sales goals and objectives set by the management
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Answering potential client queries and follow-up call questions
Experience and Skills Required:
- 2+ Years of experience in lead generation and sales
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Previous experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or related sales experience preferred
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Any graduate or post-graduation degree
