Inside Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Follow up with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer information and sales activities.
- Develop and nurture relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales metrics and provide reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential customers through various sales channels.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process.
- Work closely with marketing teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Proven experience in inside sales or tele-sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
