Inside Sales Role (1-5 yrs)
Role Objectives :
- Qualify and convert key user leads into paying customers by giving pertinent information about the company's services and handholding them into a purchase.
- Identify potential prospects for new customers by calling and following up with leads administered.
- Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, and developing & negotiating commercials.
- Monitor customer and market activity and provide feedback to marketing and other teams.
- Influence future lifetime value through higher customer satisfaction.
- Manage Customer Success Activities and formulate strategies to improve customer fulfillment.
- Provide services to clients in order to satisfy them completely; conduct yourself on principles of honesty, simplicity, trust, and high level of ethics
- Ensure timely closures.
- Ensure timely reporting in daily, weekly, and monthly reporting formats administered.
- Act as the First Point of Contact with the users.
- Aggressive to reach and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets/goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile :
- Excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills in English and Hindi
- Ability to lead, motivate, communicate, and generally interact with people in a positive way
- Enthusiastic, professional, and energetic with a positive attitude
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze results, plan for the future, make good decisions, and take responsibility
- Working knowledge of Excel, Emails, CRM, and collaborative IT tools and apps.
Experience:
At least 3 years in a sales tele-calling role with a clear understanding of inside sales activities and job requirements
