Inside Sales Role (1-4 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media.
- Sales Calls : Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients, introducing company products or services and addressing their needs.
- Client Follow-Up : Follow up on inbound leads, nurturing relationships and converting prospects into customers.
- Sales Process : Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including preparing quotes, negotiating terms, and securing orders.
- CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Product Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
- Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and market feedback to management.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
