Inside Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our team in Sector 132, Noida. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales, telesales, or inside sales. This role involves engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales growth through effective communication and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls and follow-up communications to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and providing appropriate product or service recommendations.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospects and track sales activities using CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs as set by the sales team or management.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and techniques.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position products and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to management.
