Inside Sales Representative - IT (7-10 yrs)
We are looking for candidates who can join immediately / within short notice
Responsibilities Include :
- Build strong, long lasting relationships with influencers (IT managers and executives)
- Construct, forecast, and manage sales pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
- Continuously assess market demand and competitive landscape to position Company's offerings
- Gather business objectives and requirements during sales meetings with prospects and customers
- Prepare and present weekly report on business calls, presentations made and new business generated
- Strive to meet organizational short and long term objectives through managing day to day marketing and business development activities
Requirements :
- 7+ years with sales experience.
- Experience working with US customers a big plus.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience with SAP, integration and data analytic tools highly desired.
- Proven ability to establish credibility and build a trusted advisor relationship with prospective decision makers and senior buyers
- Proven successful participation in sales cycle of large and complex opportunities
- Hands-on experience with multiple outsourced delivery engagements, particularly offshore-based programs
- Able to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Sales and Delivery teams in multiple regions across the globe
- Strong computer literacy and Bachelor's degree required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
