Inside Sales Representative - IT (3-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, networking, and lead generation tools.
- Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage and convert prospects into clients.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Process Management: Oversee the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, including presenting proposals, negotiating terms, and finalizing contracts.
- Customer Needs Analysis: Assess customer requirements and present appropriate solutions that align with their business objectives.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance metrics such as conversion rates, sales pipeline, and revenue achievements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in inside sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with sales tools and technologies.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
