Inside Sales Representative - IT (2-5 yrs)
Job Description
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups and outbound calls and emails
- Leads generation, cold calling, attending incoming customer queries.
- Should be able to achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Client interaction through mails, online portals and phone.
- Client requirement gathering, enquiry generation, report analysis.
- Validating the offer as per Technical Specifications.
- Preparing quotations, backend support, creating vendor management system.
- Coordinates between client, sales team and vendors & after sales coordination
- Follow ups with customers, closing and processing billing slips.
- Use an appropriate elevator pitch to engage with prospects, setting up appointments & meetings
- Route qualified opportunities to the business development team for further development and closure
- Team up with Business Development to build pipeline for qualified leads
- Maintain and expand database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Female candidate(s) preferred.
Required Skills:
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Good Experience in Follow-ups with internal teams and clients.
- Confident, Smart and ability to interact with customers.
Education & Experience:
- 2-5 years relevant work experience in sales and inside sales.
- Experience working collaboratively with regional sales teams
- Graduation (Any). Preference given to Post Graduates.
