Inside Sales Representative - HR Software Sales (2-4 yrs)

We are actively seeking forward thinking, energetic sales executives to join an HR Software Sales team to build on yet another year of exciting growth.
Inside Sales Specialists will play a fundamental role in achieving ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
1. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, and qualifying prospects to assist in sales life-cycle.
2. Provides solutions that enable organizations to realize the full potential of their technology investments by creating, delivering, and sustaining moments of understanding that drive user adoption across the entire software lifecycle.
Experience and Desired Skills.
- 2-4 years successful outbound lead generation experience (B2B, SaaS and/or Cloud sales experience a plus).
- High level of motivation and strong organizational skills.
- Able to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue achievement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers/prospects.
- Interest in - Social Selling- to drive opportunities - LinkedIn, Twitter, DiscoverOrg, etc. CRM Software experience - Salesforce.com or equivalent.
- Able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Education- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience.
