Inside Sales Representative - Auto Parts (0-1 yrs)
- As an Inside Sales Support Representative (ISSR) you will contribute to the continuing fast growth of Automotive Spare Parts- businesses by
- Calling upon assigned new and existing customers to better understand their business needs and how organisation can meet those needs
- Communicate specific marketing programs that would accelerate customer account growth and customer successes and
- Provide appropriate feedback to Channel Marketing and Management relative to product, pricing and/or existing programs either positive or negative to improve future offerings by organisations
- Successful ISSR's possess the ability to conduct business in a professional and ethical manner utilizing effective communication skills that both connects with and fully engages the customer to solve their needs.
- Successful ISSR's have the ability to use creative problem solving methods that result in a positive resolution for their customers while also capturing potential future opportunities.
- To Be Considered, You Must Possess:
- 0 - 1 year of successful, high volume inside or outside sales experience; meeting or exceeding assigned budgets or other sales metrics as assigned.
- Auto parts experience and related is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability for relationship building, problem solving, and negotiation skills with special emphasis on closing sales.
- Work effectively and productively under pressure and thrive on customer outbound calling and selling and providing service beyond customer expectations.
- Intermediate level computer skills including MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills
