Inside Sales Professional (1-3 yrs)
We are urgently hiring an Inside Sales Engineer for our Noida, Sec-132 location. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in inside sales or tele sales and will be responsible for driving sales and generating leads through phone and email communications. This position offers a competitive salary of up to - 30,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Sales Calls : Conduct sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services, address inquiries, and close deals.
- Customer Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Sales Process : Manage the entire sales process, including follow-ups, negotiations, and closing sales, while maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Product Knowledge : Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospects.
- Market Research : Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular sales reports, including performance metrics and sales forecasts, to the management team.
- Customer Support : Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or tele sales.
- Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade customers.
- Sales Ability : Proven ability to achieve sales targets and handle multiple leads simultaneously.
- Technical Aptitude : Basic technical understanding of the products or services being sold (training will be provided if needed).
- Education : Relevant educational background.
