Executive search, Training, RPO and HR Consulting.
Our Executive search team focuses on Mid and Senior management hiring across industries and has a global presence. We have been working with Fortune 500 clients and have been closing CXO mandates. Our specialties include Diversity hiring, National hiring in GCC nations and Relocation hiring.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Map potential clients for our businesses in the Middle East market.
- Identify HR heads/ Business leaders to promote Flexi Partners.
- Out call them and suggest our business solutions.
- Fix appointments for the respective sales teams in the locations to visit and present the capabilities.
- Closely follow up with the sales teams to ensure closures.
- Ensure revenue targets are achieved.
- Build a strong pipeline of prospects
