Inside Sales Lead - IT (5-12 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
As the Lead/Manager of Inside Sales, you will:
- Research territory and accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and email
- First level qualification of identified opportunities
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Be instrumental in the closure of the qualified opportunities
- Manage, Lead and train inside sales team which is responsible for lead generation, prospecting, database development, appointment setting and co-ordination. Key focus on recruiting and retaining the talent
Key Skills :
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
- Proven inside sales experience of 8-10 years, should have managed a small team in ASEAN, ANZ, Europe or North Americaregions
- Understanding of End to End Sales Cycle
- Good understanding of Cloud technology and SaaS based offerings
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Strong phone presence
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A zeal for Inside sales
- Strong individual contributor as well as a team player
- Media industry experience is preferred
- Experience working in any one from ASEAN, ANZ, Europe or North Americaas a territory is must
