Inside Sales Lead - IT (5-10 yrs)

Role requirements:

- Graduate with 5-6 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales with tool knowledge of Hubspot, Outreach, Salesforce or any other email CRM or Sales cadence tool.

- Person coming from Product / tech background. B2B selling experience.

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails along with ABM

- Complete Sales cycle management which includes understanding customer's requirement, initial probing, aligning their goals to our offerings, Contract and Price Negotiation, POC's and Closure.

- Conducting product demos & presentations to add significant value to a customer's buying decision.

- Managed upsell, upgrades and contract renewals.

- Experience of dealing with C-level executives and higher Management & handling multiple geographies.

- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest

- Qualify and setup Discovery meetings and calls between prospective clients and the field team

Nice to have: Someone who is excited to beat the numbers and uses data to drive results. Metrics driven and acts as a strong bridge between marketing and sales. Also mentor team.
