Job Description:
- Looking for a self-driven and passionate lead generation specialist. The individual will be responsible for running lead generation initiatives across different geographies and industry verticals for B2B enterprise sales. The role will include running campaigns, handling initial level prospect meeting, setting up appointments and finding potential clients, all leading to building the revenue pipeline
Reporting to : Sales Head
1. Minimum 2 -3 years experience in a similar role-US geography preferred.
2. Excellent verbal nd written communication skills
3. Strong consultative sales and cold calling skills
4. Ability to work well in fast-paced environment
5. Proficiency in MS Office
6. Must be comfortable working in night shifts
- Design, execute and scale lead generation campaigns independently
7. Actively source new business opportunities
8. Convince prospects, establish a relationship and set-up meetings
9. Gather correct customer information during a conversation to make an appointment
10 Submit reports on sales lead journey
11. Assist the sales team in managing sales including follow up calls
12. Develop and maintain sales prospecting database for the company ensuring that all new entries in the database are of an acceptable standard in terms of accuracy
13. Source new records for the database as required
