Inside Sales/Lead Generation Role - IT (2-8 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Strengthen pipeline by cold calling, emailing and arranging referrals to generate leads with C-Level executes of large private and public sector prospective clients.
- Support and help internal business development teams by outbound prospecting, follow up on leads and develop opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Create and maintain mailing lists for newsletters to plan and execute regular newsletter campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with sales processes across sales development team.
- Monitor the quality and consistency of lead processes, metrics and activities.
- Make optimum use of a leading CRM tool to capture activities.
- Timely reporting to provide visibility of performance to goal.
- Be data driven and flexible to changes with with a natural passion for problem solving.
Key Skills required :
- Minimum of 2+ years with a strong track record of sales development management.
- Minimum basic knowledge of corporate organizational hierarchies, stocks, markets and regulators.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using leading CRM tools.
- Process driven and strong analytics thinking.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to think outside the box and generate and implement new ideas.
- Experience in organizing newsletter and email campaigns.
- Natural interest in team building and leadership with coaching/training skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
