Inside Sales Executive - IT Solutions (1-6 yrs)
Recruiting for the position of Inside Sales Executive for our client which is the leading provider of private and public cloud based IT Operations Management Solution to enterprises and service providers. It is one of the 20+ global companies backed by the Symphony Technology Group (STG) for Bangalore location.
Collectively, the STG portfolio companies deliver an annual revenue of $2.7B and employ over 17,000 employees across North America, Europe and Asia.
Their flagship product, ITSM platform, is an advanced ITIL 2011 certified solution that unifies key applications across Service Management, Asset Management, Availability Management and Project Management in one single suite.
Job location: Whitefield area,Bangalore
Job description:
- Prospect and build a sales pipeline via outbound calling, email communications, and other direct marketing methods
- Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Field Sales team
- Follow up with Sales team on meeting. Determine result of respective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Build and maintain sales pipeline and achieve quota.
Experience
- 1+ year in Inside Sales handling sales of B2B IT hardware, Software, IT Services Sales
- Basic understanding on ITIL framework and knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, policies and procedures within the IT Operations industry
- Familiar with Pipedrive CRM or other CRMs
