Inside Sales Executive - IT Services (3-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Work with and expand current prospect database within specified business sectors to generate effective leads & exceed sales targets for the business.
- Research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Research the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing.
- Understand a prospect's business needs and work with the expert teams to develop a tailored solution.
- Identify requirements for Trigent's services and have a Go-To-Market strategy.
- Responsible for developing new market initiatives, assessing new markets, and analyzing business opportunities.
- Position requires knocking doors of companies in North America by sincere outbound calling efforts, launching e-mail campaigns and initiating proposals.
- Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
- Work with management to develop and implement business development strategy for a defined territory.
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in English with a go-getter attitude.
- Must be willing to work in EST timings.
- 1 - 5 years experience in cold calling to North America & or UK, Scandinavia.
- In-Depth knowledge on IT Services industry.
- The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills(Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
- MBA freshers, Outbound Sales experience from reputed Call Centers can apply.
- Excellent Communication.
Max CTC - 6LPA
Notice period - 15 -20 days- max
Work Location - Trigent Software, Kanija Bhavan, Race Course road.
Experience - 1 - 3 years
