Inside Sales Engineer - IT (2-4 yrs)

- Maintain an accurate forecast and document all the activities and customer interactions in a CRM system

- Build a strong prospect base with due research followed by lead-gen activities

- Constantly converse with high net worth prospects and convert them into our customers by assisting them with getting acquainted with the benefits of the product and removing all the hurdles during the onboarding process.

- Good understanding of making and sending proposals on email to corporate customers and following up till closure.

- Good at finding new inside sales techniques to increase our current performance.

- Drive outbound call activity to target accounts

- Use phone, email, and internal communication tools to perform selling activities and drive new business.

- Own and handle online assets including website, social media and all online properties / initiatives

- Plan the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan.

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for brand building and demand generation utilizing various marketing channels such as digital marketing, search engine marketing, content marketing, social media, conferences & other related programs.

- Choose the best mediums to deliver each content and execute to attain maximum impact.

- Strongly Preferred - Prior demonstrable inside sales experience in IT or SAAS industry

- Strong phone presence and experience in a high-volume customer interaction environment

- Hard negotiator and possess good convincing skills

- Experience in up-selling, cross-selling & other phone selling techniques

- Self-starter capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment

- Have experience of sales process and be familiar with using CRM and lead generation tools.

- Achievement orientation towards Monthly Targets

- Able to ramp up quickly on new technologies, Self-directed and operates with urgency, focus, and discipline.

- Must demonstrate strategic thinking and thought leadership, as well as ability to lead initiatives through implementation

- Good knowledge of English (written and oral) and good communication skill with good inter-personal skills

- Strong writing skills and ability to present concepts verbally.
