Inside Sales Counsellor - EdTech (1-10 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Build a thorough technical understanding of company's products and help potential customers in understanding what we have to offer through effective articulation.
- Engage with potential customers, identify their key pain points and create personalized growth journeys for every customer to help them purchase products to meet their career objectives.
- Counsel leads on their personal growth prospects in the education industry.
- Maintain excellent and supportive rapport with all leads.
- Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and gain referrals.
- Stay on top of market trends and participate in brainstorming sessions with the sales team to come up with new growth strategies.
- Use CRM to track leads and manage pipelines daily.
Requirements:
- Impeccable communication skills with no errors in grammar or pronunciation.
- Sales background in edtech or education is preferred.
- Experience in teaching, training, or counseling is a plus, Freshers can be considered but with only excellent communication & convincing skills.
- Immediate or 30-day availability.
- Submission of incentive/salary slips and three referrals from previous employers.
- Location: DLF Phase 5, Sector 43, Gurgaon (On-Site)
- Six days a week
- 10 am to 7 pm.
- Compensation: 4LPA - 7.5 LPA
