Inside Sales/Client Servicing Role - Education (8-16 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the entire admissions sales cycle, from lead generation to closing admissions. Includes qualification and categorization of leads based on potential for conversion.
- Provide advisory services on courses for our flagship programs including IB and mathematics.
- Includes student profiling; needs assessment Interfacing with students and parents, anticipating their requirements, designing programs effectively and making appropriate proposals.
- Decisive, efficient team approach, outstanding communications skills & customer relationship management Administrative support for admissions, invoicing, student onboarding, client feedback and monthly MIS reports.
- Foster strong alumni relations for future referrals and internal sales.
- Use analytics and data to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Represent the company through outstanding professionalism and a commitment to exceptional client service.
Requirements :
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred, OR a Bachelor's degree in any field for candidates with relevant professional experience and a strong academic track record.
- Strong skills in planning, organization, documentation and interpersonal communication.
- Flexibility to work across time zones.
- Knowledge of international education, curricula, and competitions, or willingness to learn quickly.
- HN1 clients facing.
- Results-oriented mindset with a sharp focus on converting leads into clients, prioritizing high impact opportunities, and following up to turn potential interest into successful partnerships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
