Inside Sales/Account Management Role - Education (1-5 yrs)
Role Summary :
Responsible for providing educational guidance and assistance for students by planning schedules, recommending courses, and determining appropriate education solutions for different types of students.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Conversion of pre-generated leads to productive leads with active participation into counseling of students/parents.
- Regular engagement with leads/accounts to convert them for enrollment services of company
- Ensure proper documentation with students in alignment to business processes
- Maintaining MIS and database of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion of services.
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities
Qualification & Requirement :
- Graduate/post-graduate in any specialization (preferred marketing)
- Good English communication & presentation skills
- Prior experience in inside sales/Telesales and revenue generation is a must.
